Solid CRM Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 4, 2026

This policy explains how the Solid CRM mobile application (“Solid CRM,” “the app,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you use the app. Solid CRM connects authorized employees and other authorized business users to their organization’s customer relationship management system. A corporate CRM login is required.

Android call history access

CRM Call Tracking is optional and is off until you enable it. On Android, the app requests the READ_CALL_LOG permission only after showing a prominent in-app disclosure and receiving your action to continue.

Solid CRM does not modify or delete your device call history, does not send SMS messages, and does not use call-log information for advertising, profiling, or sale.

Call-log information collected and transmitted

When CRM Call Tracking is enabled, the app checks up to the 200 most recent calls and securely transmits new call activity to the CRM server configured by your organization:

The request is associated with the authenticated CRM user so that records are assigned to the correct authorized account. The app does not collect call audio or the content of conversations.

Why call-log information is used

Call-log information is used only for enterprise customer relationship management functionality for the organization’s authorized employees, specifically to:

Call-log information is not used for advertising, ad targeting, unrelated analytics, or marketing to the device user, and it is not sold.

Choice and permission control

You may decline call-log access and continue using other available features. You can stop future collection at any time by turning off CRM Call Tracking in the app’s Settings or by revoking the Call logs permission in Android Settings. Disabling access does not automatically delete records already synchronized to your organization’s CRM.

Storage, retention, and deletion

Transmitted call-log records are stored in the CRM environment selected by your organization and are accessible only to authorized users under that organization’s account. They are retained according to the organization’s CRM retention requirements or until deletion is requested.

To request deletion of synchronized call-log records or your CRM account data, email soliderp2@gmail.com or contact your organization’s Solid CRM administrator. Include the organization and CRM account associated with your request, but do not send passwords or authentication tokens by email. We or the administrator will verify your identity and delete the records from the organization’s CRM and applicable backups in accordance with its retention schedule.

On the device, the app stores only whether synchronization is enabled and the time and count of the last successful sync; it does not keep a separate local copy of the synchronized call-log records. Turning off sync stops future reads. Logging out or using Reset App removes locally stored app session and settings data.

Other information handled by the app

Depending on the features you choose and the configuration provided by your organization, the app may process account and authentication information, CRM records, optional location information, notification identifiers, and diagnostic information. These are used to sign you in, display and synchronize CRM data, provide requested location and notification features, secure the app, and troubleshoot errors.

Security and data sharing

Data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Information is shared only with the organization whose CRM you access and service providers needed to operate and secure the service, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Children

Solid CRM is a business application and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app’s practices or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.

Contact

For privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests, email soliderp2@gmail.com. You may also contact your organization’s Solid CRM administrator. Identity verification is required before CRM records can be disclosed or deleted.
